IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE THAT I NEED TO DO BEFORE I CAN TAKE MY DRIVING TEST?
Learner drivers must have successfully completed a computer based Hazard Perception Test (HPT) before attempting the driving test. If you are under 25, this can be done after holding your Learner Licence for 10 months. If you are over 25, you can take the HPT when you feel ready. The HPT is only valid for 15 months. After that time it can be taken again. Learner drivers who are aged 25 and over, must pass a Hazard Perception Test, but do not need their Learner Driver Log Book to attempt the driving test. All log book learning goals and the declaration must be signed, completed and dated by the supervising driver before the driving test can commence. Digital log book users must have submitted their log book at least 48 hours before the day of the driving test.
